VBr 100 Sewmaster

The Vertical Blind Machine that can sew both straight and sewn in bottom weights easily 

It is specifically designed so that cut and creased louvers (as taken off the VB1 machine) are easily sewn by an unskilled person for top pockets and bottom pockets, either chain version or chainless and has automatic positioning of the bottom weight for chainless style verticals.

• High speed electronically controlled pattern sewing machine with moving mini CNC table to create pocket seams on the top and the bottom of vertical blinds. This machine is able to make straight stitch, zig zag stitch and U-Shape pocket closing seams on vertical blinds with up to three different widths (89 mm, 100 mm, 127 mm). 89 and 127mm are standard. 63mm can be added as an option.
• The size of the top and bottom pocket has to be determined after the order.
• The loading and unloading of the clamps is done by the operator, aided by edge guides which guarantee an easy loading and a perfectly straight stitch line.
• The machine is built on a special customized table - allows the operator to sit comfortably so the loading of the louvres into the machine platen (grippers) is extremely easy.
• An average operator will immediately be able to complete about 140 louvres per hour.
• The VBr100 has special pneumatic positioners to ensure that bottom weights are located perfectly. These retract before the sewing starts so there is no needle damage. Cycle time for a complete bottom pocket including fabric and weight loading time is 4 to 5 seconds.
• Top Pockets - the operator can load the louvre complete with its plastic hanger for a finished top pocket also in under 5 seconds
• The VBr100 will allow several program possibilities so the same machine can do conventional cross seams as well as sewn in bottom weights by simple program selection
• When the sewn in louvres come off the VBr100 they are completely finished
• Rasant style poly thread is standard (a clear mono filament can be supplied if needed)
• Onsite training is supplied to ensure your needs are met and to train your operators.
